Tiscamanita
The sound of a mill grinding maize
Walk into the Los Molinos centre and the first thing you hear is a hand mill grinding maize; next door, a restored windmill shows how the wind took over the work. The story is gofio's, the food that kept the island from hunger for centuries, and lines 1 and 16 stop at Bar de Tiscama in both directions.
