The practical part
Here’s how to get there.
Land at Muelle de Corralejo
Fred. Olsen Express lists Muelle de Corralejo as its Fuerteventura boarding port for connections to Lanzarote, and Baleària Canarias and Líneas Romero also publish a Corralejo – Playa Blanca crossing. Official tourism says Lobos is less than 15 minutes’ sail from Corralejo harbour. Sailing times belong to the operators, so check them on their own pages.

Find the harbour bus stop
TIADHE’s general line 6 map and general line 8 map both include Muelle Corralejo, after Corralejo bus station: that is the stop name to look for at the harbour. Fred. Olsen Express names Muelle de Corralejo as the port where its Lanzarote sailings board, so the ferry and the bus share the quay. Official tourism puts the harbour five minutes’ walk from Corralejo, so Corralejo bus station is the other stop both maps name if you reach it first.

The quay rule: ten minutes early, and an evening cut-off
TIADHE’s line 6 sheet carries a footnote for the quay: buses towards Puerto del Rosario leave Muelle de Corralejo ten minutes before the time printed for Corralejo, from the first quay departure of the day (one weekday time, a later one at weekends and on holidays) to the last quay departure in the evening. The printed trips after that start at the bus station, not the quay, and the hotel trips are keyed as never leaving the quay. The board on this page lists only the departures the footnote starts at the quay, at the quay time; a later Corralejo time on the station board is not a later pier service.

Choose the line and pay the driver
Take line 6 for Puerto del Rosario and line 8 for El Cotillo. TIADHE’s direct payment is cash to the driver, and the proof of payment must be kept for the whole journey.

To Puerto del Rosario on line 6
TIADHE’s general line 6 map continues past Corralejo bus station to a final stop named Muelle Corralejo, and starts there on the way back to Puerto del Rosario bus station. The hotel variant, marked from and to Los Hoteles, runs between the hotels and Corralejo bus station and does not list the quay.

To the airport
Line 6 is not one of the airport’s lines: Aena lists 3, 10 and 16 there. TIADHE’s line 6 timetable marks some weekday trips via Parque Holandés as stopping at the hospital and the airport; otherwise take line 6 to Puerto del Rosario bus station and change to line 3. Treat the two buses as separate services and leave time to change.

To El Cotillo on line 8
TIADHE’s general line 8 map starts and ends at the harbour stop. The line 8 trip marked as not stopping at La Oliva starts at Corralejo bus station and does not list the quay. TIADHE posts service notices for line 8 from time to time, so look for a notice at the stop before you choose one.

Lobos has no bus
Lobos is reached only by a separately booked boat from Corralejo harbour, with the Cabildo’s authorization to land. The bus ends at the harbour; neither the bus fare nor a Corralejo arrival includes the permit or the crossing.

Asked and answered
Questions people ask
Which bus goes from Corralejo port to the airport?
There is no direct one as a rule: take line 6 from Muelle Corralejo to Puerto del Rosario bus station and change to line 3, which Aena lists at the airport. TIADHE's line 6 timetable marks some weekday trips via Parque Holandés as stopping at the airport.

Does every evening bus leave from the quay?
No. TIADHE's line 6 footnote starts quay departures ten minutes before the Corralejo time only up to the last quay departure in the evening; the later printed trips start at the bus station, so count only this page's quay board.

The other half of the plan
And the way back.
To go back to the harbour, take line 6 or line 8 to Muelle Corralejo on a trip whose map lists it, or to Corralejo bus station and walk. The ferry and the bus are run by different operators with no guaranteed connection, so leave a margin before a sailing. Leaving the quay, count only the departures on this page’s quay board: the station’s later evening trips do not call at the pier.
